The ball mill trunnion, also called the ball mill hollow shaft, is one of the major components of the ball mill. The main function is to carry the rotation of the ball mill barrel. Strictly manufacturing process is to determine the operation of the ball mill. During the manufacturing process, there shall be no air holes or sand holes in the neck contacting the spherical pad of the ball mill and the circular neck contacting the cylinder, In addition, the parts in contact with the spherical pad need to be ground after processing to ensure accuracy and smoothness. Therefore, it required a high standard of the casting process.
