The crusher can be installed on a reinforced concrete foundation or on a steel frame, but H&C Group recommends using a reinforced concrete frame.When a reinforced concrete machine base is used, the size of the machine base should have sufficient bearing capacity to prevent the machine base from sinking. The crusher should be installed after the reinforced concrete foundation is dry.So what are the installation and commissioning methods for crushers?
The crusher is installed as follows:
(1)When installing, first check the reserved positions on the foundation to see if the installation space is consistent with the installation layout drawing, then hoist the crusher and motor slide rails on the foundation respectively, align them with the pre-drawn foundation, and use wedge pads for the foundation Adjust to the required position, and lock the anchor nut, and then carry out the basic watering work.
(2)After the poured concrete foundation is dry, fine-tune the crusher first, and lock the nut of the crusher, then adjust the motor, install the belt to meet the installation requirements, and tighten the anchor nut of the motor.
(3)After all the installation is completed, turn the pulley by hand. The main shaft must rotate flexibly, light and free. If it is stuck, it must be readjusted until it meets the requirements.
Crusher commissioning:
After the crusher is installed, no less than 2 hours of no-load test run and 5 hours of load test run should be carried out. After cranking to ensure that there is no jamming phenomenon, the test run can be carried out.
(1)No-load test run
The no-load test run is carried out without feeding and shall meet the following requirements.:
A. Start and stop according to normal procedures, and the electrical interlock system should meet the design requirements;
B. All fasteners should be firm and reliable without any looseness;
C. The transmission mechanism works normally;
D. The working temperature of the bearing does not exceed 75°C;
E. Bearing lubrication is normal without oil leakage;
F. After two hours of idling, turn off the machine and turn it reversely for 10 minutes to check whether the reverse control function is ideal.
(2load test
The load test shall be carried out after passing the no-load test, and in addition to meeting the requirements for the no-load test, the following requirements shall be met.:
A. There should be no obvious vibration and abnormal noise;
B. The feeding position is correct and the discharge is normal.
