- Grease (oil) replacement
Grease (oil) is the key to ensure the normal operation of the crushing equipment, which can ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the service life. The lubricating grease used should be determined according to the place of use, temperature and other conditions, especially when changing seasons, the appropriate lubricating grease should be replaced in time, and the dirt in the bearing and bearing seat should be cleaned when replacing.
3. Equipment cleaning
Crushing equipment is generally operated in the open air, and regular cleaning of the appearance of the diesel engine, chassis, and working device of the crushing equipment can play a role in descaling and decontamination. During the cleaning process, damage to various devices and components and oil leakage can also be found. When cleaning, be careful not to use a high-temperature water gun to rinse, so as not to cause malfunction due to water ingress.

1. Start-up process
Before starting the machine, make sure that the reducer has been filled with reducer oil and the bearings have been lubricated.
Before starting the machine, first check whether there are any foreign objects in the crushing chamber and whether there is any damage to the wearing parts, and then start the machine after there is no abnormal condition.
Check whether the control switches are open and ensure that there are no safety hazards in the control box before starting the machine.
2.Feeding process
According to the production capacity, feeding range and discharging range of the crusher, please keep the feeding operation even and continuous, and avoid too fast or too slow, so as not to cause material blocking and affect production efficiency.
